No. CopiloIT assesses and recommends; the decision always belongs to your team.

What exactly does it assess?

It depends on the role: a voice interview, real situations with a client or stakeholder, knowledge questions, practical cases and code review. You choose which tests to include.

How long does it take the candidate?

Usually between 20 and 35 minutes, depending on the tests you choose.

Which languages does it support?

More than 50: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Catalan, Japanese and many more. Every candidate takes the interview in their own.

Does it work for non-technical roles?

Yes, for roles where communication and judgment matter, such as consulting, presales or customer-facing positions. Code review and technical tests are designed for tech profiles.
