1. Service identification
CopiloIT is a Williams Infinity product for IT recruiting teams that need to search, manage, evaluate, and move candidates forward with the support of artificial intelligence tools.
Use of the website and application implies acceptance of these terms, without prejudice to specific commercial or contractual terms that may be agreed with particular customers.
2. Users and accounts
CopiloIT is intended for professionals, companies, and organizations. Access to the application may require creating an account, verifying email, signing in through Google or other enabled methods, and completing an organization onboarding process.
Users must provide truthful information, keep credentials confidential, and notify any unauthorized account use.
3. Plans, payments, and billing
Available plans, prices, limits, and features are shown on the pricing page or in the corresponding commercial proposal. Self-service payments are processed through Stripe or another enabled payment provider.
Access to certain features may depend on the contracted plan, payment status, and account activation. Amounts, taxes, renewals, plan changes, and cancellations will be managed as indicated during the purchase process or in the available billing settings.
4. Acceptable use
The customer organization undertakes to use CopiloIT lawfully, professionally, and in accordance with applicable employment, data protection, equality, non-discrimination, and electronic communications rules.
CopiloIT may not be used for illegal, abusive, discriminatory, invasive, fraudulent, unauthorized scraping, unsolicited mass communications, or data processing activities without sufficient legal basis.
5. Candidate data and customer responsibility
The customer organization is responsible for ensuring that candidate data, profiles, interviews, notes, evaluations, and any other information entered into CopiloIT are processed on an appropriate legal basis and respecting the rights of affected individuals.
When CopiloIT processes such data on behalf of the customer organization, Williams Infinity will normally act as processor and will not autonomously decide the main purposes of the recruiting process.
6. Artificial intelligence features
CopiloIT may generate summaries, scores, suggestions, analysis, or AI-assisted content. These outputs are support tools and do not replace the professional judgment of the customer organization.
The customer organization must review generated outputs, avoid fully automated decisions where legally inappropriate, and ensure that AI use is proportionate, transparent, and compatible with applicable law.
7. Availability and service changes
Williams Infinity will make reasonable efforts to keep CopiloIT available and secure, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or total absence of errors. The service may evolve, be modified, temporarily suspended, or updated for technical, legal, commercial, or security reasons.
8. Intellectual property
CopiloIT, its software, design, brand, documentation, interfaces, and associated materials are owned by Williams Infinity or its licensors. Contracting the service does not transfer intellectual property rights over the platform.
Data entered by the customer organization remains owned by that organization or by whoever legally corresponds, without prejudice to the permissions required to provide the service.
9. Suspension or termination
Williams Infinity may suspend or limit access to CopiloIT in cases of non-payment, breach of these terms, abusive use, security risk, legal obligation, or reasonable indications of unlawful activity.
10. Limitation of liability
CopiloIT is offered as a support tool for the recruiting process. Williams Infinity does not guarantee specific hiring outcomes, candidate availability, commercial success, or complete absence of errors in AI-generated outputs or external integrations.
11. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts that correspond under applicable law, unless a specific contractual agreement provides otherwise.
